Went through the soft touch. Nothing really soft about it. Half way through a $12 wash, it stopped working. Had to pay another $2.50 in a bay to rinse off my truck. Called, but nobody wanted to answer. Never returning. EDIT: Since they reached out to me, and refunded my $2.50 and gave me a free super wash otherwise, and apologized, I return often. I just ONLY get the touchless carwash - as, I still think their "gentle touch" isn't gentle at all.

I took my car through the touchless automatic on 6/27/23. When I wiped the remaining water off, I found scratches on the hood of my car along with the sides and the rear. I went there weekly and didn’t have this problem. I won’t go back.
