I took both of my cars to IDS Car Wash and had a fantastic experience each time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive from the moment you drive in. For one of my cars, I opted for the touch less package, and the outcome was surprisingly as pristine as a private home detail. What impressed me the most was how the staff was eager to assist in drying the vehicle at the vacuum area, showing meticulous attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the service. I will definitely return and highly recommend them to anyone seeking the best drive thru car wash in town. Since I purchased a membership, I’m excited for them to open more locations throughout the city. Also the rear tires of my Porsche don’t fit in other car washes, at IDS they have a belt system that transports the car from entry to exit.

Incredible. Place has everything you need (though the wash on the far right side didn't have the air dry installed). I spent like 30 minutes having fun presoaking, soaping, rinsing, and then air drying the car and it was like $20 all together. The whole thing was touch less and my car and tires look incredible afterwards. I didn't use the ceramic coat option because I'm not sure it does much in a touchless setup but WOW I love this place. You're going to spend more and get less paying someone else to do this for you, and it's a lot of fun doing this for yourself. Recommend going and giving it a shot in the evening when things are cooled down. Plan to do this every couple of weeks to keep my ride looking great!

All the chemicals work and do a pretty good job for being touchless, it doesn’t take long for the machine to push out the next product you want to use and most importantly everything works when you need it to work. An employee even gave me a free air freshener which was really nice, always going to bring my car here from now on‼️

I have two cars and take them both here weekly. A nice secret is the touch-free drive through where the best option is only $7. And there is very seldom a wait so shhh ;-) There’s also nice do-it-yourself high pressure wash and vacuum, just bring $1’s or quarters.

Been coming here regularly for 3 years now for the touch free car wash. It's pretty basic, won't be the same as a hand wash of course. Some areas with mud need touch to clean. Maybe once it felt like there was less or no soap in the wash. Otherwise very happy with this place. Edit on July 8 2023: the tri color polish and soap application was not working. The person in the store front barely speaks English so I didn't bother with asking for a refund, but somehow got him to note down that the car wash needed a technician to fix the first two stages of the car wash.

A great car wash. You can choose brushless or use brushes. The pre-treatment is awesome. I got the General car wash and it cleaned everything. I haven’t seen my tires shine since I bought them! The wait here is always long but it is so worth it. This is the best touch free wash in the area. I streamed a whole TV show once waiting to get in to the car wash bay. Keep in mind this was an hour long show. I've tried going really early and really late but there is no way getting around the wait. At least, it's a wait that ends up being worth it.
