I love this place. I bring both my vehicles here at least once every 2 weeks, unless it snows and my cars get gross early. It has laser washes (touchless) which are really nice and very good priced for being touch less. I also use the wash it yourself bays and I love all the options available. Again very good priced! They also have vacuums, I have never used because I use a shop vac on my vehicles at home. And a pet wash area, again I haven't used it because it was too expensive in my opinion. I'm so glad this place opened. My favorite car wash in the area.

I recently bought a brand-new Tesla and wanted to make sure I used a touchless car wash to avoid scratches and preserve the paint quality. I reached out to AutoWash, and Margaret from customer service was incredibly helpful—she answered all of my (many) questions and guided me toward the Incredible Monthly Membership. The Longmont location is well-equipped, with two touchless bays, five self-serve bays, and multiple vacuum areas where you can park and detail your vehicle. My car had a ton of bugs and road grime, so I started with the self-serve bay—used the pre-soak, foam cannon, and pressure wash to prep the surface before running it through the touchless bay. Not required, but I wanted a thorough clean, and it made a noticeable difference. The touchless wash took about 5 minutes. Quick tip: if you're waiting in line, back up slightly—there can be some overspray from the vehicle ahead. Afterward, my car had no water spots—just a few driplets that dried completely clean. The paint is shiny and spotless, exactly how a new car should look. The customer service has been top-tier. I had a minor concern about soap in the door jambs, and they reassured me that all products are non-acidic and safe. They even gave me a credit for the inconvenience and are sending a tech to double-check the machine, just in case. That level of care really stood out. One of the best features? The membership isn't tied to one vehicle. While it's limited to once per day, you can wash a different vehicle each day—perfect if you have multiple cars like I do. Overall, I’m extremely happy with AutoWash. Between the flexible membership, great facilities, and outstanding customer support, I highly recommend them for anyone who takes pride in keeping their vehicle clean.
