Got their MONTHLY service x2 cars. Use it at least once a week. Decent touchless wash. Have had a couple days where going through twice might have been prudent, but their monthly app only allows for 1 run through each day... . Durring "off" hours maybe they should allow a 2nd pas…
…is the best wash and the Old Seward or Northern Lights locations have the best vacuum set-ups, which are free! Thanks again Alaska Laser Wash for all the fun AND the clean car!
…you leave with a dirty vehicle and not tell you anything or make you pay for another BUT this was NOT the case ) Thank you alaska laser wash !!!!
Bay 1 is not reliable. Took my money but door would not open. Refund button does not work. No one answers the phone or responds to emails Wasted $18 -- Lost a good customer UPDATE: Laserwash made good on the failure of Bay 1. They were reasonable and understanding.
Was pleasently surprised with the free use of vacuums and fresh cleaning towels. Clean and efficient. Thank you Alaska Laser wash.
No touch car wash was very thorough for $10. Vacuums available and they really sucked! That's a compliment!
Loved the Laser wash, cleaned my car like pro! I love the free vacuum (when it's available) I highly recommend it to anyone
There are many Alaska Laser Wash in Anchorage. I visit this one when I get a wash just because it is on the E 5th the main highway. Typically I am a cheapskate and get basic wash and that is good enough to stay clean in my opinion. You have to STEP IT UP to next level from there…
…is Alaska and you need to start getting the mud off before going through. If you don't it won't get completely clean. The wash is the touch less style. Use the brush out front of the door.
It's what one would expect from a touchless wash. It's great for removing winter snow but I wouldn't rely on it to wash my car. Best feature is the free vacuum.
…I have to edit my post. For the persons who had the garage door open only halfway... I got out and pushed it up the rest of the way. Touchless car washes don't work magic. You can't expect to clean a car in one go after going all winter without a wash. I found it takes several…
This location and the one on old seward are the best ones. I can see a good amount of soap and water being sprayed throughout. Touchless car washes are not going to clean 100% if you do not prep it before but it is a good start or maintenance for the price. I got to try the month…
I am very impressed with how the laser wash works. I have a new Honda CRV, and it is important to me to keep my car clean. I believe, however, that if your car hasn't been maintained, washed and waxed frequently, and have many weeks of dirt on it…I am not sure your car will com…
…around, i just left with the bottom half still uncleaned. Having a bucket with soap and brush kinda defeats the pupose of going to a brushless car washer. I'm hoping that the machine will get a good maintenance that'll allow it to clean thoroughly the bottom half of any…
Generally, this is a decent touchless carwash. There have been a few bays closed due to on-going maintenance issues, which leads to longer lines.
Standard touch less car wash, sensors had a difficult time picking up my car, and no buckets woth brushes to scrub the bad spots beforehand.
We opted for the monthly subscription and we do use it quite often. Most of the Laser wash are not that great, this one on 5th Ave especially is kinda of pathetic. We were here recently and used the first stall. The streams were not powerful and the soap didn't even soaked the ca…
…your money with the wash cloth dispenser. I guess almost everything in alaska is a downgrade, so it's not a surprise that even their laser wash here is terrible.
…dirty and the grill is as well. I have better results with Rainmaker and Arctic Rainmaker. I would recommend both them over Alaska Laser Wash.
This is probably one of the worst laser wash locations (none of them are good, we are just stuck with them in the winter). They claim that whatever system they have in place can not and will not double charge. However, I have been double charged multiple times. I emailed them ove…
