Bay 1 is not reliable. Took my money but door would not open. Refund button does not work. No one answers the phone or responds to emails Wasted $18 -- Lost a good customer UPDATE: Laserwash made good on the failure of Bay 1. They were reasonable and understanding.

There are many Alaska Laser Wash in Anchorage. I visit this one when I get a wash just because it is on the E 5th the main highway. Typically I am a cheapskate and get basic wash and that is good enough to stay clean in my opinion. You have to STEP IT UP to next level from there…

…is Alaska and you need to start getting the mud off before going through. If you don't it won't get completely clean. The wash is the touch less style. Use the brush out front of the door.

It's what one would expect from a touchless wash. It's great for removing winter snow but I wouldn't rely on it to wash my car. Best feature is the free vacuum.

Generally, this is a decent touchless carwash. There have been a few bays closed due to on-going maintenance issues, which leads to longer lines.

Standard touch less car wash, sensors had a difficult time picking up my car, and no buckets woth brushes to scrub the bad spots beforehand.
