Credit card reader down on touchless bay. Soft touch bay was closed. Waste of a trip. In today's environment, you can't have your credit card reader down.

$11 to get my car wet! Super confusing, don’t know why “no-touch” is even an option. The payment kiosk is unhelpful and doesn’t function correctly. They won’t even turn on the driers at the lowest option. Air is free, do better!

Worst car wash ever. I did the touch less wash and the car was still very dirty. Then went to the area where you wash the car yourself since the car was still dirty and the pink foam soap got everywhere, stained my hands, my clothes and THE CAR!!!! Do not go here.
