I’ve used them about two years. I like the 24/7 touch free wash since I work weird hours. I have found the wash to clean my van well with no scratches or real problems. To me, its a good wash at a fair price. I use my own portable rechargeable vacuums for the rugs.

Use to love this car wash. The touch free was GREAT, now very inconsistent. As for bays to wash the car yourself, good luck. Most of the time the soaps never come out properly. Who ever owns this… sell it to someone who will take care of it and cut your losses!
