Used the automatic wash (which is brushless). It was only $15 for the most premium option. The process was easy and straightforward. It did a great job of washing my car! Will definitely return!!

Do not use the brush booth if you have plastic panels. My front door pillar (13 Explorer) got loosened by the brushes and later torn off by the wind. Use brushless instead. Brushes don't do the back of SUVs well, especially if you have a spoiler.
