No soap came out of touch free car wash and they didn't have a # posted for customer service looked them up on line left 2 messages, first around 6:20 AM no response as of 9:30 AM friday $16 car rinse, I won't use service again unless attendant is on site. Ok, well…

I used the no touch wash bay. My car was still covered in dirt and grime. I went back a few hours later and let the attendant know. He remembered me and offered to put me through the other wash for free. It did the job!! Thanks for being so customer friendly.

I did the touch free auto wash which was $20. Lots of soap left behind... Update: just went back to try again, got the $8 wash and it got the soap off this time, but the brushes were so rough on my car they pulled my window trim off!
