I like that it's open all the time and the options of soft touch and no touch drive thru. But last week I paid $18 for the soft touch, the top option, and it didn't dry my car. I left a message regarding this and no one ever called back.

$8.00 for the basic touch less wash. Only 1/2 of the machine worked. It only sprayed the right side of My vehicle. I'd like half of My money back. Needed a quickie. And got quickly ripped off. Par for the course.....

The left side of the touch free car wash is not fully working. This is my 4th time getting this car wash in the last two months and it still is not fixed. I usually love this car wash but this issue has yet to be addressed.
