…not even a phone number to leave staff a message about a broken bay. So the left *broken bay* is 'light touch' and the right one is 'no touch' (same price)... however, the right bay actually functions. Not in love with the job given the price, but sadly decent car washing…

Good experiences in the past but went to touch less paid 14 dollars to sit and wait for 20 minutes, door would not open with nobody else inside. Tried calling for help multiple times nobody answered. 14 dollars wasted and as a college student every dollar counts.

What do we do if we paid $14 for the touch less car wash and the door never opens to be able to receive service?? I waited for over 10 mins. I looked for a number to call for a refund or credit and couldn’t locate one. There isn’t one on receipt.

Paid for the touchless wash. It applied the soap to my car and then stopped. There is NO way to get in touch with someone. Even though someone has to be collecting the money.
