Second time this winter that the car wash malfunctions mid wash leaving you stranded in the wash bay. When you call they don't answer, forcing you to leave your car in the wash bay to go get an attendant. Very frustrating. Infinity please fix your touch free car wash.

Bought the 5 pack of express washes and cant use any of them because the soft touch is closed every time i waste gas to drive there and there is no option to use the certificates at the touch free bay. Hours posted online say 24 hours

went through the touch free wash. as it was dispensing the soap, the machine scraped the entire side of my car. my car is small. got out to see the damage and slipped and fell on a piece of ice. don’t come here unless u want ur car damaged.
