Haven't used the Laser Wash. I used to buy hand Bay and it's always operational. Only complaint is it needs more hose and it's always fixed in the wrong position causing your hose to want to twist up.

Not as good as it was years ago .. the laser wash used to totally wash the windshield but now it leaves a film where the wipers wipe off rain and leaves dust.
