Soft touch didn't work and touchless didn't take my cash, despite the machine giving me that option. Don't waste your time

Spent $16 for the laser wash, which didn't work at all. No soap, just a little bit of water dripping out. I called the office but no one answered. No one returned my call and no one picked up the phone despite multiple calls. They just took my $16 for no service whatsoever. 😡

The touch less wash service has not had foaming soap the last several times I've been there. Told staff but nothing done yet?
