I went and had a car wash done in the touch less side and was not happy with the results, ultimately went back and went over to the soft touch side and they waived the fee and it came out great, customer service was great as well, very respectful.

How to small issue with the machine and a few of the cycles. I spoke to a manager and got it resolved. Was giving a another watch and was very happy with the results after everything worked. The touchless side of this car wash is good for a quick wash.
