Had taken my car through the touchless wash, never had an issue with this car wash ever, except one time, this past summer I took it through the touchless wash and the arm that sprays soap looked a bit funny to me like it was out of place, I pulled in straight like I always do an…

Was at the location on Pac hwy in Federal Way... touchless car wash station, 2nd to the last stall from the right side... paid as the car in front of me was in the middle of their wash. I pulled in once clear and it didn't register my payment, I called for help and the attendant…

Poor customer service. I have 3 show/club vehicles and locally usually use Brown Bear touchless or handwash bays. Every once in a while I use this Elephant since it's closer. There is always some issue that reminds me why I go out of my way not to come here, especially after my…

The touchless car wash was not working. Took payment but indicated I needed to wait because the car wash was full. Other cars also pulled up and then backed away. Self wash worked well. If you put tokens in before time runs out, you get more time. Some nice people and some scary.…

Yeah, the touchless machine works ok and squirts water and a little soap onto your vehicle, but either their underbody wash wasn’t working or it’s not included in the so-called “premium” option. The Arco touchless down on 356th seems far better. More product goes onto your vehicl…

Used the touch less car wash and it missed a good section down the middle of my car. I won't use that again but will try the do it yourself next time.

What a big waste of my hard earned dollars. I was using the touchless carwash in, paid $10 for the premium wash and it ended up being an overpriced rinse as it was out of soap and the triple foam protectant. If your using the self-serve washing bays, you'll end up paying a fortu…

Went through the automated touchless car wash. Total waste of $12.00 truck is just as dirty as before and I have after wash pictures to prove it.

The touchless washer does not clean vehicle. The bumper is filthy and the lower half of boths sides didn't get clean either. I would have asked for a refund, but I didn't see any employees.

Total waste of money. I spent 12 bucks on the touch less car wash only to have to wash that car again when I got home. There was a 12 inch stripe around my car where the Jets did not even wash.

Car wash doesn’t work well it always leaves dirt even after pressure rinsing first. And the touch less doesn’t always work and also for the self wash the tire rinse portion doesn’t even have tire wash so why even have it as an option
