This is a touchless wash system, the $12 premium wash does an okay job but doesn't always get tough spots. You used to be able to purchase 2 premium washes for $20 but that was foregone. We use these wash regularly.

Nobody around to help very often. Use the 2 vacuums farthest away. Love the brushless wash! Best dryers around!! Use wash once a week.
