I like they have a touch free and a light touch option so I can decide how dirty my car is and go appropriately. (Prefer touch free to prevent risk of scratches no matter where I go... But now and then, you just need more)

The wash was good for touchless. Not the best planning on thier part as they had one wash lane closed for cleaning, on a Sunday morning when it is over 20 degrees in Wisconsin, you know you are going to be busy. This caused us to have a 20 minute wait.
